This guy knows his trade. He determined the problem and ordered the appropriate parts on his first visit. He returned after the parts were delivered and finished the job without a problem. He called to let me know when he would arrive, was courteous and articulate when discussing the job. He deserves to get the day after Thanksgiving off. Just saying....

David M, along with Nick, are wonderfully-skilled technicians. Focused, totally professional, patient, listen well, knowledgeable, take time to explain what's going on and recommend best solutions. Everyone should be as helpful and care as much as they do. But conversely, your AI/virtual approach to EVERYTHING, is horrible and the information incorrectly entered can't be corrected. Fix your customer service model if you want any consistent repeat business. The frustration level it causes is off the charts, and if I could give you a minus 1000 for that, I surely would.
