I got a same-day appointment which is very rare and I was late getting home and he waited a few minutes for me. Luckily, it wasn't too much of a major issue with the refrigerator lighting, which I was hoping. Unfortunately, I still have to get them to look at the washing machine, and that's probably gonna be a big bigger deal.

Showed up on time. Checked out the washer inside out and underneath. Ran a diagnostic test. No reason for the washer not to work. Retested. Called his supervisor explained what was happening. Supervisor had another technician call. Time for a new washer. He was very thorough.
