I had a great experience with Sears. Both people who came were fast and efficient. they listened to the problem and got it fixed. We had a different company, Apex, come previously. They were terrible! So it was fantastic to deal with your techs. They were able to come as soon as the parts arrived so I didn't have to wait too long. What a relief to have the fridge finally fixed.

The error code I had gotten had disappeared from the history, but checking other codes and performance, and listening to my account of what was happening, Steve did troubleshooting, re-leveled the washer, and we were satisfied the washer was functioning properly.
