Tech arrived within appointment window. He was respectful and mindful of the property. He kept me updated and informed me of my next steps. Unfortunately my issue could not be resolved and I'm waiting to hear back from warranty. The rating is due to the technicians mindfulness and timeliness.

Dionysios was knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and pleasant. During his first visit to diagnose the issue he knew what it was before getting here. Sad that the issue we had is so prevalent. But he had to make a first visit before the part could be ordered. Gone are the days when the repair people actually were given common parts to make repairs sooner and with fewer trips. We would definitely want want him back should another problem arise.

Charles did an excellent job in finding the issue very quickly. He also gave me information regarding what was happening with my breaker and directed me as to which exhaust hose would be best.
