Service was great. He always takes care of his customers. The only drawback is trying to get help at 1-800-4myhome. You cannot talk to anyone about the issue Richard is the best technician you have.

Rick was extraordinarily pleasant in a world where repair techs are often gruff, incapable, not engaging, and sometimes even nasty. He figured out my problem promptly and gave the repair 120% effort to get everything in tip top shape. Really went above and beyond. He's a keeper. I hope you give him a raise!
