Jim is great, very knowledgeable and worked hard to find a solution. However, the warranty service plan is worthless as there is no human contact when you try to make an appointment or have questions beyond the scope of what the repairman can answer for you. I will be cancelling my plan and advising anyone who asks what my negative experiences and complaints are. Would love to have a human contact me but know that is not going to happen

Sears Service came to my rescue when I was in a bind with an ice maker. They were in check with texts and calls through the whole process. He was very nice but he could not clean the vent to the dryer. He said I would have to call someone else to clean the vent I was disappointed that my problem could not be fixed.
