We have been working with Lew for many years and he is the best tech we have ever had. He does a wonderful job and his work is really complete. He stays until the job is complete and only has to reschedule when parts are needed. He is the best tech you have and really needs more recognition for his dedication to Sears and your customers. Kenny did us a great job. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and as soon as it was delivered, he was back at our house to install it. I would definitely rate him as a valuable employee.

This company would get negative stars if possible. 5 out of 5 negative. Richard the virtual assistant is useless for anything but rescheduling. I know because I've chatted with him 6 times for rescheduling. Parts were ordered (appointment 1), appointment 2 rescheduled by company, installed (appointment 3), taken out & called broken then reordered (also 3) and then the technician never came back. Appointments 4,5,6 were all cancelled by the company after the 4 hour window ensuring I wasted 28 hours of my life from 8-12 each day waiting for someone to come. Appointment rescheduled 4 times. Today's guy installed the part, signed an x after I asked if he wanted a signature and it's over. I do not recommend Sears and I do not recommend American home shield. -5 stars all around for the actual companies. Don't blame today's employee.

Cody is great! He is very knowledgeable! The problem is the company itself. It took almost a months to repair. I was rescheduled 3 times & then they put me on the only day of the week I asked to NOT be scheduled. They even scheduled me once with a tech 4 hours away. 🤦🏼♀️ I was almost ready to find a new home warranty.
