You guys need to have better communication with customers I had to wait five weeks to finally get my fridge work on that's not good for a company like sears it would make anyone think twice before having you guys service. You guys of to do much better it's not nice to be out of a fridge for so long

He was very nice and professional. But your AI phone appointment system is terrible. You are not able to ask any questions or do anything other than set an appointment. Do not like it at all. Your service is top quality when you come to the house, it is your phone system that is terrible to make appointments.
