Knowledgeable and courteous. However, was left hanging waiting 8am-7pm prior business day without notification tech couldn't make it at all. Last communication said expected arrival by 6:30 pm and then Nothing! I had to reschedule only by email and told tech would arrive between 8am-5pm that day too. Poor communication! This was after knowing we had a flood in our kitchen due to faulty refrigerator part too! Not good!

Marcus was great! He got our dryer repaired & kept everything clean. I would request him again if I could! I can't say the same about customer service. Very poor communication with the customer! Have tried 3 times to get phone number corrected & they still don't have it right.!!
