Jason did a good job!
Jayson was excellent in his customer service skills and repairs needed and costs. Unfortunately the girl who called me yesterday and twisted my arm to buy the "Sears Home Warranty Plan, did not advise me that the plan would not go into effect for 30 days, nor did she email the paperwork to me to fill out. She did however charge my credit card. I hope she gets the proper training very disappointed I had to wait 30 days for warranty to be effective! I feel like I was scamed!

David provided 5 star service. He quickly found the issue and explained this issue to me. He ordered the part and provided the estimated time to receive the part. After the part was received early he returned and completed the repair. During both visits he was courteous and patiently answered my questions.
