Rogelio is very professional, meticulously and highly skilled in repairs. You are very lucky to have him. I am however, very disappointed in the human less customer service that sears provides. This repair took way too long to complete. Just check my records. With that said, cancel my service contract immediately and provide me a refund for this month's charges. Gerardo Acuna

The repairman was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and advise me on how to avoid the problem in the future. No repairs needed at this time, which saved him from having to come back and saved me unnecessary expenses.

Sidney did a great job in 1) arriving much earlier than I expected which freed up my afternoon 2) finding the problem and 3) giving me the amount it would cost. Unfortunately Sears' price was way over what I expected so I will seek out a smaller company to handle the job. If I can't find something better, I'll be back.

Drew explained the process clearly and did his best to facilitate the repair. He filed a repair order pending receipt of the equipment that he ordered after the first diagnosis. That being said for anyone who has an interest the process of scheduling the second repair was replete with frustration. A repair appointment scheduled Forbisafter the part arrived was canceled because of technician unavailable.. then the repair order was closed out marked complete and a new order had to be filed. That order did not include criteria from the previous order, a helper and a cart needed when Drew attempted to meet the repair appointment you found the discrepancy and he had no helper and no cart. We had to reschedule for an amended order, including a helper and a cart.. Today Drew completed the repair with a helper and a cart and the ovens are functional. The original repair order was filed the day before Thanksgiving 2025 and it is now the first week in January 2026 and in my opinion, this level of miscommunication lays at the feet of and in transient in flexible and unresponsive AI system of collecting repair claims and scheduling repair appointments. I trust this review, conveys a high level of dissatisfaction with this process and a high level of satisfaction with the delivery of service by this repair person.
