I called for service on my dishwasher on November 19, 2025. After having 4 different technicians and 2 moths later, my dishwasher was finally fixed by Matt on January 16, 2026! So you want to know what you can do better? Retrain your service technicians or hire more people like Matt who actually know what they're doing!

Jason was excellent because he was knowledgable ,professional, and easy to talk too. Sears charge to replace door gasket was high. Technician spent approx 35 minutes over two visits. It took 30 minutes to diagnose problem and 5 to repair.
