Greg was a very friendly man as he entered the house he wiped his feet on the rug and proceeded to the washing machine. He put the parts in that were needed and got it running. He was very efficient and very business like five stars for this man.

Scott was great did everything thing he could, he believes the refrigerator is not fixable and has been here 4 times in a month . And spoke with people on the phone and they gave us a runaround people on the phone should stop lying and put it on the tech when the tech has no control. Something needs to be done to fix these issues and stop wasting peoples time for something that is not fixable
