Ricky was a great serviceman. He arrived on time and communicated clearly while on his way to our home. He was very professional, explained each step of what he was doing, and narrated the problems he found so we could understand them. He installed the necessary part, and when he returned today for his second visit to service the dryer, he promptly got to work, tested the dryer, and asked if we had any questions. We do wish your call system worked better for the technicians, as James came to look at our washer and we still have no progress on that repair, which has been difficult with no washer for two weeks. We are grateful that Ricky was knowledgeable enough to fix the dryer, and we would absolutely recommend him and even request him again if possible. Thanks, Ricky!

My Technician Cedric, was very professional and polite and went right to work finding and solving the problem to fix my ice machine. He explained to me in detail what he had found and then explained in detail what to do to fix the problem if it ever happens again. I had questions and he patiently explained in detail to me where I could understand what the problem was and what to look for and do if it the same problem ever happens to me again. If I was rating Cedric I surely would give him a high score of 10.
