John was great. Great at customer care, communicating and his quality work. He came out first found out what the problem was then came back after the parts arrived to make sure that the washing machine was fixed; we really appreciate what he did for us.

Mike W. Was fantastic. He identified the problem on my Whirlpool washer, sent for the part needed and when it came in the mail to us, he came back to install it. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, was fast, personable and courteous. I also liked the AI assistants that SHS used to schedule the appointment and communicate with us. Very efficient.
