Joel, is very knowledgeable, courtesy, professional unfortunatley was't able to fix the machine. Which wasn't none his fault. Just wasn't fixable.

My repair was great; however, not having a print document for my repair has made it difficult to receive my reimbursement. The AI customer support is basically useless, and I cannot recommend a company that offers AI as the only customer service option.

We were very gratful for Carl B as our service tech. This is the 4th time that Sears has had to come out since Jan 2nd because they corrected our first original problem, but in doing so messed up the rollers on our freezer door that had to be replaced. Then, no one seemed to know how to install the new rollers correctly. Thanksfully & hopefully Carl B was able to correct that problem. He did a good job, working so far. We appreciate his service. Thanks -

He was excellent. Super nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. The Sears AI bot is a joke - not Mike's fault at all still like him.
