Christopher is an excellent technician. He serviced my dryer in the past and once I saw him, I knew I was in good hands. He quickly diagnosised the problem. He had the part and replaced it. After he left, I put in a load and wash completed with no issues. Thank you Christopher!

The experience with the technician was excellent but your customer service on the website leaves a lot to be desired. The website told me he was going to be here early morning and in fact he didn't come till around 2pm. Something needs to be done about the website.

Dino was great! He answered all of my questions with clarity. Dino was here twice. The original visit and the second one to install the new valve setup. Dino also added advice into our discussions on present and past issues. On the install he showed me exactly where the valve was defective AND the various reasons that could have caused it.
