Lucy R,
San Rafael, CAExcellent service
Marcus returned for a follow up and tried really hard to find the problem. Ended up being a hose that connects to the bleach dispenser has a minor hole cause a leak onto the floor. He said That specific hose has been discontinued and not available through Sears Appliance Repair. I found hoses on line for the bleach dispenser, but have no idea if they are the correct ones as I have no reference or part number. I appreciate Marcus doing his best to find the problem.

Service was performed on April 29, 2025. Tyler arrived on time and was prepared to address the issue with the washer. Problem was detected promptly and addressed. Tyler was most adept at identifying the issue and provided the necessary remedy. I would not hesitate to use this service in the future.

Quick diagnosis of the issue. Unfortunately the cost to repair is more than buying a new one, but good to know.

J was a friendly and knowledgeable technician. Unfortunately, the washer would cost more to fix than buying a new one.
