However the experience was not. There is no fix to my washer problem without spending more than it is to replace the entire thing. All due to negligence of another sears technician.

Robert was awesome. He was patient and really listened to me when i was explaining to him the issues that I was experencing with it. He is the second tech to come out about the same issue but he got it done in a timely manner. This has been an on going issue since January and I can now say its finally fixed! Thanks Robert
