Robert was a professional gentleman and did exactly what he said that he would do. He had a great rapport with me as I'm sure he does with all of his customers. Not being able to reach a real customer service with your company is very disturbing. It is difficult to do many things and you should hire people instead of computers to manage your business.

Gordon was awesome but three weeks after starting this process it came crashing down. They kept ordering a trans for the washer and sent seals. I even paid for it but it never came. It's sad I was hoping to have it fixed somewhere else now. Very disappointed with Sears.
