John did an excellent job repairing my washer. Wish I could say the same for the customer service team that did not help with my not receiving status calls / texts the day of service and had me wait nearly all day for prior call only to put me several more days out on my repair when their tech could not perform my call on promised date. Sadly the customer service people seem not empowered to make adjustments when things don't work out.
