Nikita diagnosed the issue immediately. He was polite and mindful of our living space. He checked on pricing for the worst case scenario, but he called a supervisor to double check to see if there were any other options or causes. Instead of pushing us towards the most expensive option, we were advised that it works and what to keep an eye on should we need to go the route of repair/replacement. His service was worth the diagnostic fee. Friendly and knowledgeable, but not so much so that he wasn't willing to check his own work. Great experience.

All went well with Rubin. No one showed for my scheduled service appointment three days earlier and I was not notified it was cancelled. This was frustrating. Rubin said the appointment was removed from his schedule that day.

I have a problem with my dryer.it works sometimes and don't other times.i kept calling for a month.They kept telling me they were going over it . I should known something.call again and they finally said they had to come back out again.but the machine has to be totally broken before they replace it.
