Steve was just not really doing anything his helper however was doing all labor and explaining to us what the problem was and how it occurred he also recommend us flushing out the water every six months to a year so that we will not have the same problem again in the future we forgot to ask for the name of the helper, but I guess they work together as a team and it all went well thank you

Marcus was very nice and professional. Even though he couldn't fix our issue due to a needed part. He gave us the part number so we could order it ourselves. It is the latch on the washer door that is broken. All we have to do is screw the new latch on.
