John was a friendly and capable technician and we were glad the work was finally done. There were schedule issues where he was supposed to be here twice and was a no show, but I don't think that is in his power to change. Thanks John for saving me from the Laundromat!

my washer is a Samsung. It was leaking with no apparent cause I called Sears and the technician came out and was there as expected. He tested the washer twice and still could not find why it was leaking, but he gave me an explanation. He was very conscientious, polite kind.

Minh the technician was friendly and professional. He fixed the washer in good time. The biggest problem I had was in your communication with the warranty company. I had provided them details on exactly what was wrong with the clothes washer and the model # of the machine - three different times because they evidently couldn't communicate through different departments. They said they were collecting that info so the field tech could try to diagnose ahead of time and hopefully have the anticipated parts ready when they arrived. Well... as soon as Minh arrived, guess what he asked me? What exactly is wrong with the washer and what is it doing? Do you have the model #? I was like, they didn't give that information to you after collecting if from me three different times already? His answer, 'No'. He was great, but management needs help.
