Very thoughtful, thorough and good at explaining things , took his time explaining stuff also. Very satisfied with the service, signed up for the home warranty as well. I tried to change my last name on this site but it wouldn't let me . My last name is Dunn, please change this. The AI got it wrong.

I had a pleasant experience with Scott. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional. Unfortunately we weren't able to fix the washer since one of the required parts is no longer in stock.
