Came in and asked a few questions and went right to work. Was originally concerned that the prior technician who original diagnosed the problem and orders parts may have missed something, but all ended well. In and out in about an hour and Washer now works .

Roberts showed up and miracles happened. The machine started doing its job. He told me the gear box was likely going to go out. He told me the price to replace and I practically fainted. I gladly paid the amt for the call and will be on the look out for a new washer. I am sad that there is no place to buy another Kenmore. It's the only brand I've owned .
