Technicians are doing their best to do their job efficiently and in a timely manner but your appointment system really needs some work to improve. Calling in to change an appointment resulted in incorrect information about an appointment time - delivery of part needed was after the technician was already here and gone - it's been 3 weeks we were without a washing machine due to miscommunication from your AI assistant and the live persons at your call in number. Finally today our machine is fixed and the technician, AHMED was great!
