Service was needed for a squeaky dryer drum
Luis was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and prepared to repair my dryer. He took the time to explain the repair and within a short period of time, the repair was made. I am more than happy with Sears Home Service as well as the skill of their technician, Luis.

I set the appointment online for washer machine repair on Saturday evening. I received an immediate response and appointment was set for today( 2 days later) between 8-5. Tech Guoxiong arrived at 8am well prepared to fix my machine. He diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts on his truck and repaired the machine very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job at hand. Best experience I've had in a very long time regarding home repairs. Thank you Sears!

First of all, I would like to also rate Curtis id #0017863 with 5 stars as well. He did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem with my washer. My only problem with this entire experience is that I do not have a cell phone and do not text. I have a landline and computer. If my computer were not working, I could not get through to you for repair. There are times when my computer is out for repair. It would be nice to actually speak to a person on the phone.
