Letwan was a very nice man, he worked quickly and fixed the problem in a very short period of time. Too bad I have NOTHING nice to say about your system that is soooo user unfriendly!! You are clueless!! Just what I expect from SEARS.

My experience with Alex was very good. I am not happy at having to pay almost $300 for labor cost for a job that took 30 minutes in two days. Alex did not have the part with him when he first came out and had to come back a second day.

I've had trouble with my Samsung washer for a while not spinning out and vibrating all over the place. Someone looked at it a while back and America Home Service wanted to pay to fix it and it didn't last. Joe looked at it today and called them (AHS) with same issue and now they want to replace it.

Finally, Finally, Finally! After spending the last 3, yes, three weeks being GHOSTED by Sears repair technicians, William showed up and resolved the problem in a matter of 10 minutes! He troybleshooted and then diagnosed and fixed the issue! THREE weeks I had to.wait for a resolution! For THREE weeks, I was once again told so many lies, i.e., the truck.broke down on the way to your house, the A.I. cancelled your appointment! And these excuses were given on the same day! And this has been ongoing for the past 3 weeks! Their Customer No-Service is the absolute WORST! Thanks William, for your professionalism, skill,.and expertise!
