The new wash tub to.replace old one had dent but Bobby was able to fix it. Finally able to do laundry.

Friendly, polite and he knew what he was doing. After I explained the problem I was having with my washer he knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed the problem and was gone. We will definitely ask for him again if we have any problems with other appliances.

Tim was courteous and professional from the start. It was a rainy day and the first thing he did was wipe his boots on the mat. He serviced the washing machine and while he was unable to recreate the issue, he suggested ways to monitor the issue if he came up and again. He left the area neat and clean. Great service and represented himself and the company well!
