Pleasant and honest technician.
He clearly explained what was wrong with the washer, and what the cost of the part and labor would be. I decided it would make more sense to buy a new one. I paid him for the visit. Nice guy. I would have him out again if I needed help with an appliance.

As Xer V and I were talking about the last technician and what we talked about, it was in fact what I said it was the technician before him ordered shocks, which I did not need at this time. I'm just glad Xer V came along and did what he was supposed to do. I had a technician here late last year and he told me what the problem was as Xer V told me the same thing.
