Neil has been to my home twice to help with repairs to my LG washing machine. He's very knowledgeable and fixes the issues very quickly. He's very knowledgeable about the LG washing machine and helps teach me how to get the most out of my washer! I appreciate his knowledge and his professionalism!

Roger arrived within the time estimated and was courteous. He was able to unlock the washing machine but the F28 code indicated that too many parts needed to be replaced including the lock and the washer was eleven years old. Considering the cost of the repair, it was not worth it repairing it.

Scheduling using the automated system was a nightmare. It took three appointments to actually get a technician to come. Once he got there everything went well.
