Tim was courteous and professional from the start. It was a rainy day and the first thing he did was wipe his boots on the mat. He serviced the washing machine and while he was unable to recreate the issue, he suggested ways to monitor the issue if he came up and again. He left the area neat and clean. Great service and represented himself and the company well!

Nicolas was wonderful he explained everything so clearly he was caring and understanding about my situation. He explained what he was doing at every moment and why. He discussed the Sears plan that would cover my appliances and the discount on the work being done today asked upon the plan. Nicolas was professional and yet personable. Having necessarily had other service providers in my home in the last 6 months Nicolas was a breath of fresh air to work with. A tribute to the Sears Company and the Kenmore products

Showed up on time diagnosed problem quickly. Sears did not have the part. If the "Kenmore" parts are not available Sears should have sourced the parts from LG

My tech was fine. He colony fix the washing machine. He apologized took back the part and said it be a couple weeks before I got refunded. I have call your company multiple times to see when the money was coming back. Over $300 im expecting after you take out the 150 service fee. I've called a bunch of times spent hours on hold or trying to reach a live person. Each time im told 20 some days for a refund, then it was escalated, still no word and radio silence. I wasn't trying to repair my broken washing machine becuase I could afford to buy a new one so the length of the time for this refund being well over 2 months now is totally unacceptable. You should tell people hey yeah we can try to fix it but if we cant dont think your gonna get your money back from us any time soon. I've also complained on Google reviews where again I was given the same 1 800 number that doesn't let you talk to a real person.
