Fixed my Kenmore washer
He stayed and trouble shot every possible problem and corrected it. Miguel was patient and very informative about my washer, and he is a valuable asset to the company.

Tech said my machine was good except for the noise when spinning. He said it actually has to be broken before it can be serviced. I don't want to go without a washer while it is being repaired.

Murtaza did a very thorough check-up on our Kenmore washer. I didn't expect anything would be wrong. And his testing of the product showed that to be true. It is an old washer, and I'm glad that he confirmed that there are no problems. I look forward to seeing him again on July 3 when he and another tech will fix our dryer with the parts he ordered on his last visit.

He walked through all the checks & the machine was okay. He explained what had probably happened & why the machine quit. My unplugging it had cleared the problem. I wish that had been in the troubleshooting instructions.

Washing machine impeller literally disintegrated. Joshua inspected, found it more economical to replace than repair. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He listened well and made sure I understood the situation. He knows his job well. If I should need a service call again, I would hope it would be handled by Joshua.
