Thank goodness for Edwin he is AWESOME! :) I had to rescheduled 5x from 02/07/2025 until today 05/19/2025. Plus my warranty expired Oct. 2025. I'm thinking if I should extend or NOT the warranty. WE DO NOT receive good customers service which is NOT Edwin's fault. Sears Home Services should hire more Technician to Accommodate Good Customer Service. Aloha! :)

After exhausting month and a half and going back and forth with Home Warranty co and LG, it took Paul B only one look and ask me the right questions to determine what was wrong with the Clothes Washer. He is the best electro technician I have ever encounter. He safe Sears and LG lots of money. Don't loose this guy!
