The Tech was great.
Daniel arrived on time and made the repair with the ordered parts. My complaint is with the support system. Trying to use the website to confirm something is a mess. Told me no service was scheduled with either of my two telephone numbers. Finally talked to a human who was nice but difficulty there too in confirming that my appointment today was on track. Such is the difficulty in dealing with a large corporation. Should be eaiser.
