Michael is an excellent technician. Although he broke my Maytag dryer while cleaning it, stuff happens. I hope a new timer is found soon. My washer was fixed. Yeah!!!!!

The very reason why I called Sears technician was because I knew I was going to get a technician who was an expert and knew what they were doing. Nick was superb in his novice expertise along with great customer service. I wish more technicians were like him. Please give this guy a raise! So deserves to be put up on a pedestal.
