This is the second time Michael was at our home on a service call. The first time was in December 2024 and he repaired my Kenmore dryer. This time my washer was on the fritz and I was pleasantly surprised it was Michael who was at the door. He's professional, knowledgeable and quick. He lets me know the problem and what needs to be done to fix the problem. I felt comfortable knowing Michael was going to repair my washer and he did. I highly recommend sears home services and Michael for any appliance that needs repair.

Called and let me know about approximately time of arrival. Looked over the laundry room and had me sign the paperwork. Then he started working on the washing machine. It only took him 40 minutes and he had everything installed and tested the washing machine. After completion he let me know that everything was done. The technician did an outstanding job.
