Luis is not only a good technician, he's also a great guy and an asset to your organization. The AI interface your company uses to manage and dispatch your service technicians is deplorable. If AI is responsible for frustrating your customers, as it was to me, you will lose them. You should ALWAYS have a human being available for customers to talk to. Dennis and Sage (phonetic) were excellent! It took time to remove the outer drum and they did it with care and precision. They also installed the new one, reassembled the washer, and ran the test cycle it was hard work because it was heavy but they completed it quickly. It was wonderful service, thank you both greatly again.
