Paul was on time, very professional, and worked diligently to replicate the noise I was having with my washer. Unfortunately, we could not replicate it. Paul provided me with information regarding the Sears warranty for kitchen and laundry. I went ahead and purchased the 12 month warranty. It was a great experience with Sears and Paul.
