Steve came to repair our four-year-old Maytag. We had our laundry room flooded by what we thought was the washer. Steve tested all systems and found nothing wrong with the machine. He then persisted in solving the problem by deep filling the washer as well as turning on our sink faucet to see if the machine flooded. To our surprise, water started coming up from our floor drain as a result of recent rains which stopped up our drain lines. Problem solved. He was patient and thorough. Thank you for sending an experienced repair man. Steve is great!
