Washing machine
Service person was pleasant. However, the machine still will not shift through the cycles. Won't spin or drain. Need to have a return visit.

More reliable than most tradesmen these days. That is a big pro. Jeffrey did a good job. Cons are the window given is 8 to 5. It should be a 4 hour window at most. The second con is that a simple quick repair was expensive!

Brad arrived on time and as scheduled and provided diagnostic services for my 2009 Whirlpool Cabrio Washer and Dryer! The issue was determined with my washer but was a drainage issue unrelated to the washer's functioning!! Brad also checked my dryer for any issues and determined that there may be an outside vent issue. The dryer continues to function beautifully. Thank you, Brad!!
