Technician was able to diagnose the problem but the required parts are not available. And even if the parts were available Jeb does not have the tools required to complete the repair. What is unacceptable to me is that he said that we won't be updated for a week. Unacceptable in today's world of computers and express shipping.

The service provided by Edwin was excellent. He came on the time he notified me. He was clean and neat. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. He cleaned up all the rubbish during completion of his work.
