Very professional and cordial. He went to great length to describe what was wrong with my washing machine and what he did to repair it. He related that it was a good 15 year old washer that didn't need to be replaced. He broke down the costs involved and explained the warranty, all in detail. I will definitely use Sears again. It's always been sad to me that the store no longer exists. Sears needs to adv. gf Grepairman in Huntsville, Jerry's. He told me he was not gonna his waste time coming to service an old washer and to buy a new one ….

Rudy diagnosed the problem right away & showed me what it was & how he intended to fix it. He performed the work quickly, and showed me what has been done. It looks very solid, much better than when he arrived. We will try it out later this afternoon. Rudy explained what to do should we experience any further problems, but he also said it looks good.
