Karl was great, personable, considerate. He diagnosed the issue and provided a solution and cost. Unfortunately I did not get the service done as it was cheaper to get a new washer than fix this one. Prices were outrageous, which is no fault of Karl.

I was out of a machine for 3 weeks almost 4. You could have at least sent me a gift card or something so I could have gone to the laundromat. I pay a fee every month and barely use your services. The technician was awesome.
