Craig was very cordial. Reintroduced self since was here like 6 days ago. Was aware of issue I was having and immediately told me that he was gonna call claim department of my issue. After talking to claims rep, knocked on door and told me that claims department would be getting hold of me regarding reimbursement. Tell Craig to keep up the good work.

Paul was the most knowledgeable and efficient tech that came to my house. This entire process was a bit of a nightmare and I'm unhappy with Sears in general. Fixing my washing machine took seven visits from four different techs. The amount that you spent on labor and parts almost doubles what a new washer would cost. Took over a month to get my washer fixed unbelievable. But again, Paul was great. He was knowledgeable and he diagnosed and fixed it.
