Brandon did a great job! He was friendly, polite and fixed my washer quickly. So happy with him. However your warranty service I am not pleased with. My washer broke at the end of April. The first appointment I had scheduled with you was on 5/7/25. Due to your scheduling it was postponed 2 times. Tech finally arrived on 5/21 but didn't have the correct part and had to order it. Rescheduled for 5/28 to fix it. Due to your scheduling, that was postponed until today 6/5. Brandon showed up today and finally fixed it. It took you 7 weeks to get my washer fixed. Very poor customer service on your part.
