Washer diagnostic
Paul was on time, very professional, and worked diligently to replicate the noise I was having with my washer. Unfortunately, we could not replicate it. Paul provided me with information regarding the Sears warranty for kitchen and laundry. I went ahead and purchased the 12 month warranty. It was a great experience with Sears and Paul.

Mark did an exceptional job. Work was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up. However, your scheduling needs a big time overhaul. I was originally scheduled for Monday and was bumped and never received a text or email even though number was on file. I was not rescheduled for the next day but Saturday. Everything is automated and had to call warranty dept to finally speak to someone who transferred to a live person. Schedule was changed to Thursday instead but I could not do that online. The girl I spoke with was able to do it. In all my years of dealing with service calls from Sears, I have Never had such a bad experience with getting someone out to fix the appliance.
