Very competent technician.
He came and introduced himself. He listened to my concerns and went to work checking out my washing machine. When he was done, he explained the code I was getting and how to deal with it. He gave me some good hints and asked if I had more concerns. He was good.

Considering the original email said he would be here today was updated to Tuesday. I was surprised to see him. With being said, Jim was professional and very knowledgeable about what he was working on. He was also very personable which I like. Since we have had issues in the past with techs from Sears, Jim was a pleasure meeting.

The experience with the company was terrible because you had me stay home 2 days rescheduling twice due to unforseen circumstances on your part which was an extream inconvenience for me and no one to call because it was AI generated, and I will not recommend Sears to anyone for appliance Servicing and it's a shame that your technician has to hear the customer's complaints
