He did a good job. But this company is very bad and can't talk to anyone but only AI. Someone was supposed to come last Friday and no one came. This man came on Monday may 11. And he never knocked the door or ring our doorbell and we were inside!!! I just happen to see the ring and saw he was just standing there and left after two minutes. That was very unprofessional. His name begins with A.

Isaac is very knowledgeable and dedicated. He provided a very good, detailed inspection of the dryer to assess the situation. Although he could not repair our dryer at this time. The part was ordered. We just heard that the part will be delivered later than expected.
